At altr., we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

✅ Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item:
• Is unused and in original condition
• Has all original tags and packaging
• Includes proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

To initiate a return, please contact us at altr.com.pk@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return process.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

We do not offer refunds on:
• Used or damaged items (not due to our error)
• Orders returned after 7 days
• Items bought on sale or during promotions (unless defective)
